I tried calling the number they listed on their website and all I got is an auto voice response asking me to enter some code ( which I don't have access ). E-mailing Jason Kelly or his support e-mail address never gives you a personal response. All you get is a FORM response promising to reply within 12 hours. I've sent them two e-mails in the past week with ZERO response from them. Can you trust their business with this preliminary experience ?
